Disapproves agreement 14203, R-50, adopted by
Traffic Conferences 1, 2 and 3 of IATA relating to
extension of credit, insofar as it applies to the
United States or to air transportation.

Disapproves, tentatively, CoAoB@ agreement 5044-A-38
as interpreted by Air Traffic Conference, with respect
to Express credit card plan.

Proposes disapproval, subject to comments, of resolu-
tions adopted by members of Air Traffic Conference of
America relating to the expanded use of UATP Air
Travel Cards.
Intervening numbers are included in last summary.

Grants intervention in Southwestern Area Local Service
Case by cities and Chambers of Commerce of Bossier
City, La., Brownfield and Harlingen, Tex., Camden and
Fort Smith, Ark., Chickasha and Okmulgee, Okla.,/the
city and Board of Community Development of Coleman,
Texo, and the city and Board of City Development of
Stamford, Tex.; otherwise denies requests to intervene.

Grants intervention by United Air Lines, Northwest Air-
lines, and Frontier Airlines, and various State and
civil organizations in Minnesota, Wisconsin, North and
South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, and Illinois in the in-
vestigation of need for service between points in Wyo-
ming and South Daiota, and Chicago, and renewal of
Braniff Airwaysa authority for segment 4 of route 26;
denies and dismisses petitions of Eastern and Ozark,
respectively,

Dismisses complaint of Paul A. Smith, d/b/a Smith
Cartaging with respect to proposed pick-up and deliv-
ery services to and from Akron and Cleveland.

Approves agreement 12738, Rl14 and R16, and approves
subject to conditions, agreements 12738, R-15, 14358,
R-2 and R-3, and 12179, R-1. adopted by Traffic Con-
ferences of IATA relating to specific commodity rates,

Exemption - United States Overseas Airlines to conduct
one round trip from Norfolk to Hamilton, Bermuda, for
Jamestown Club.
