Institutes investigation of tariff revisions (C.A.B. 38)
proposed by Trans World Airlines and consolidates with
investigation proceeding instituted by E-14513, docket
10900, for hearing.

Disclaims jurisdiction with respect to certain resolu-
tions and otherwise approves agreement 13621 adopted by
Traffic Conferences of IATA relating to rate matters.

Denies petition for reconsideration of order E-14403
in the matter of petition for revision of and protest
against integrated pilots seniority list of Delta-C&S
Air Lines.

Dismisses complaint and terminates proceeding of
enforcement against Rodvill Forwarding Co.

Approves agreements involving Pan American World Air-
ways and Compagnie Nationale Air France, various other
air carriers, and other carriers relating to inter-
carrier arrangements.

Grants exemption and approves, through June 1, 1960,
interlocking relationships resulting from the holding
by Laurance S. Rockefeller d/b/a Dorado Beach Hotel
of a position with Eastern Air Lines while being pro-
prietor of an air taxi operator.

Approves acquisition by Dollar Lines, Ltd., of the
assets of The 1880 Corporation.

Denies petitions of city of Columbus and the Columbus
Area Chamber of Commerce in Domestic Cargo-Mail Service
Case.

Denies petition of East Hampton Airport, Inc., for re-
consideration of order E-13982 in the matter of its
application for exemption authority to operate certain
DC-3 services between East Hampton and La Guardia Air-
port pending disposition of its certificate application.

Authorizes Mohawk Airlines to serve Springfield-West-
field, Mass., through use of Bradley Field.

Orders American Shippers, Inc., to cease and desist
from certain violations of the Act.
