Grants intervention by Mackey Airlines in the matter
of the application of Bahamas Airways Limited for a
permit.
Intervening numbers on last summary.
Denies petition of Northwest Airlines for stay of all
further proceedings until after action by the Board on
its petition for reconsideration of order E-13629 in
the matter of British Overseas Airways Corporation's
application for a permit with respect to Tokyo service

Approves, subject to conditions, agreement No. 12659,
R12, adopted by Traffic Conference of IATA relating
to charters.

Fixes temporary mail rates (proposed by E-13627) to
be paid Alaska Coastal Airlines on and after Oct. 1,
1958, over its entire system.

Fixes temporary mail rates (proposed by E-13639) to
be paid Bonanza Air Lines on and after July 1, 1957,
over its entire system.

Consolidates into Cincinnati-Detroit Investigation
applications of Delta Airlines (docket No. 10188),
Eastern Air Lines (docket No. 10189), North Central
Airlines (docket No. 10192), and Piedmont Aviation
(docket No. 10185); amends order E-13027 with respect
to possible suspension of TWA's certificate; other-
wise denies.


Denies application of Quaker City Airways for exemp-
tion authority to lease an aircraft from Global Airways


Amends order E-13040 by extending the termination date
of exemptions granted Seaboard & Western Airlines,
Trans Caribbean Airways, Alaska Airlines, World Air-
ways, and Capitol Airways; and renewing exemption
authority of Pacific Northern Airlines and Los Angeles
Air Service to June 30, 1959, -with respect to military
contracts.

Exemption - United States Overseas Airlines to operate
a round-trip pro rata transatlantic charter flight
from Ontario, Calif., to Montego Bay, Jamaica, during
April 1959 for Arrowhead Valley Club.
