Exemption - Transocean Air Lines to operate a one-way
single entity charter flight on or about Dec. 16,1958,
from Munich to New York via Hamburg for ICR&.

Exemption - Pan American-Grace Airways to stop at
Cochabamba, Bolivia, on flights between La Paz and
Buenos Aires on route No. FA-9, for 2 years.

Denies petition of Railway Express Agency for recon-
sideration of order E-13045 which denied authority for
REA to operate as an international airfreight for-
warder,

Exemptions - United States Overseas Airlines, S.S.W.,
Inc., d/b/a Universal Airlines, and Central Air Trans-
port to operate specified individually-ticketed pass-
enger flights in excess of the flights authorized by
order E-9744 between New York and Miami and New York
and Los Angeles from Dec. 19, 1958, through Jan.5,1959

Grants intervention by American Airlines and Capital
Airlines in the investigation of certain agreements
between Pan American World Airways and National Air-
lines; denies petition of Greater Miami Traffic Assn.

Authorizes Pan American World Airways to suspend
service at Tampico, Mexico, until Dec. 31, 1959;
institutes investigation as to need for amendment of
PAAts certificate with respect to service to Browns-
ville, Tex., and Tampico.

Opinion and order in American Airlines Off-feak Coach
Service order cancellation by American Airlines of
its tariff provisions in C.A.B. No. 43 which would
permit operation of aircraft with first-class configu-
ration at coach fares in transcontinental service.

Exemption - National Airlines to operate one extra
section Convair flight between Pensacola, Fla., and
New York City, via Washington, D. C., on Dec.17,1958.

Denies application of Trans Caribbean, Airways for
exemption authority-to carry mail on a nonssubsidy
basis over its certificated route, pending final
disposition of its certificate application in docket
No. 9812,
