Grants intervention in the Service to Phoenix Case 'by
the city and Chamber of Commerce of Durango, and the
County of La Plata.

Grants intervention in the Service to Phoenix Case by
the city and Chamber of Commerce of Cedar City;

Permits Riddle Airlines to furnish transportation to
Charles.M. Meister from Jacksonville, Fla., to New York
City and return, without filing a tariff showing the
fare, provided that a round-trip charge of $68.80 be
collected.

Permits Trans Caribbean Airways to operate a round-trip
flight from New York City to European points on or abot
April 25, 1956, transporting foreign national deportees
and attendants and returning attendants to New; York on
or about M.1ay 2, 1956.

Dismisses application of Braniff Airways for a certi-
ficate authorizing service between Houston and San
Francisco and Oakland, Calif.

Approves agreement involving American Airlines and
Delta Air Lines, various other air carriers, and other
carriers relating to intercarrier arrangements.


Dismisses complaints of Trans World Airlines and
United Air Lines insofar as they request suspension
of tariff provisions proposed by American Airlines for
domestic coach service with DC-7 aircraft; defers with
respect to request for investigation.

Vacates order E-10159 and amends order E-10075 so as
to extend to I'ay 12, 1956, the authority granted
Roland F. Beers, Inc., to use a Canadian-registered
helicopter in conducting airborne geophysical surveys
with electromagnet equipment in the United States.

Finds that proposed service by United Air Lines at
Salinas, Calif., through use of the Monterey Peninsula
Airport, may adversely affect the public interest and
such service shall not be inaugurated until further
finding by the Board.

Issues amended certificate to Braniff Airways for
route No. 9, eliminating a restriction prohibiting
nonstop service between Tulsa and Houston.
