Approves agreement embodied in resolutions adopted by
mail vote of Traffic Conference 3 of IATA between Pan
American World Airways, various air carriers, foreign
air carriers, and other carriers, relating to tourist
service by Tasman Empire Airways, Ltd.

Grants the County of Kauai, T.H., lenve to intervene
in the Tras-Pacific Renewal Case.

Approves agreement embodied in resolutions adopted by
mail vote of Traffic Conference 2 of IATA between Pan
American World Airways, various air carriers, foreign
air carriers, and other carriers, relating to tourist
service by National Greek Airlines.

Approves interlocking relationships, during uninter-
rupted tenure, of Paul A. Schoellkopf with Mohawk
Airlines and Cornell Aeronautical Laboratory.

Authorizes Mohawk Airlines to suspend service tempo-
rarily at Bradford, Pa., until 60 days after final
decision of the Board in any certificate renowal pro-
ceedings for route No. 94.

Grants Transoceen Air Lines exemption perynitting it
to operate one flight from the United States to
Europe on or about April 23, 1954, transporting
insane deportees and attendants pursuant to a con-
tract with the. Immigration and Naturalization Servico.

In the Southwest drways Company certificate renewal
matter denies motion of United Air Lines for recon-
sideration of order E-8106 and consolidates applica-
tion of Bonanza Air Lines, Docket No. 6551, into the
proceeding; denies motions of Bonanza and Western ir
Lines for consolidation of Dockets Ios. 6552 and 6384.

Institutes proceeding to determine whether the public
convenience and necessity require am.ndment of the
certificates of Capital Airlines to authorize nonstop
service between Norfolk and Atlanta.

Grants Transocean Air Lines cxemption to July 19,1954,
permitting it to operate 10 round-trip flights from
Guam to Tokyo carrying passengcrs in foreign air
transp ortati on.
