Institutes investigtion of tariff provisions proposed 4-20-53 by Resort Airlines, Tnc., which permit 7-day. stopovers at Mliami, Fla., and consol.idtes with the proceedings in Docket No. 5949. Approves interlocking relationships now or hereafter 4-21-53 ey~sting as a result of the holding of positions by .John M. Budd'in the R ilway Express Agency, inc., and -stated surface common carriers, so long-as he'con- -tinues in uninterrupted tenure. Approves agreements involving Trans Wforld Airlines and 4-21-53 British Overseas Airgays Corp., various other air car- riers, and other c'.rriers, relating to intercompany arrangements. Grants the Fort Wor.rth, Texas, Chamb er of. Commerce 4-21-53 leave to intervene in the matter of the applications of Continental Air Lines for amendment of its certi- ficate for route No. 29.
