                   PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION  OF THE CONCURRENT  RESOLUTION  (H.
                   CON.  RES. 79) DIRECTING THE CLERK OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTA-
                   TIVES  TO MAKE  CORRECTIONS IN THE ENROLLMENT   OF H.R. 719, AND
                   PROVIDING  FOR CONSIDERATION  OF THE SENATE AMENDMENT   TO THE
                   HOUSE   AMENDMENT   TO THE SENATE AMENDMENT   TO THE  BILL (H.R.
                   719) TO REQUIRE  THE TRANSPORTATION   SECURITY ADMINISTRATION
                   TO  CONFORM  TO EXISTING FEDERAL LAW  AND REGULATIONS  REGARD-
                   ING  CRIMINAL INVESTIGATOR  POSITIONS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

                               Mr. COLE, from the Committee on Rules,
                                       submitted the following


                                          REPORT

                                        [To accompany H. Res. 448]
                     The Committee  on Rules, having had under consideration House
                   Resolution 448, by a record vote of 8 to 3, report the same to the
                   House with the recommendation that the resolution be adopted.
                             SUMMARY   OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION
                     The resolution provides for consideration of H. Con. Res. 79, di-
                   recting the Clerk of the House of Representatives to make correc-
                   tions in the enrollment of H.R. 719, under a closed rule. The reso-
                   lution provides 20 minutes of debate equally divided and controlled
                   by the Majority Leader and  Minority Leader or their respective
                   designees. The resolution waives all points of order against consid-
                   eration of the concurrent resolution. The resolution provides that
                   the concurrent resolution shall be considered as read and shall not
                   be subject to a demand for division of the question. The resolution
                   waives all points of order against provisions in the concurrent reso-
                   lution.
                     Section 2 of the resolution provides for the consideration of the
                   Senate amendment   to H.R. 719, the TSA Office of Inspection Ac-
                   countability Act of 2015. The resolution makes in order a motion
                   offered by the chair of the Committee on Appropriations or his des-
                   ignee that the House concur in the Senate amendment to H.R. 719.
                   The resolution waives all points of order against consideration of
                   the motion and provides that the Senate amendment  and the mo-
                   tion shall be considered as read. The resolution provides one hour
                   of debate on the motion equally divided and controlled by the chair
                   and ranking minority member of the Committee on Appropriations.
