The Committee on Veterans' Affairs, to whom was referred the
bill (H.R. 2256) to amend title 38, United States Code, to direct the
Secretary of Veterans Affairs to submit an annual report on the
Veterans Health Administration and the furnishing of hospital
care, medical services, and nursing home care by the Department
of Veterans Affairs, having considered the same, report favorably
thereon with amendments and recommend that the bill as amend-
ed do pass.
