                        Mr. ISSA, from the Committee on Oversight and Government
                                      Reform, submitted the following


                                              REPORT

                                            [To accompany H.R. 1163]

                      The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, to whom
                    was referred the bill (H.R. 1163) to amend chapter 35 of title 44,
                    United States Code, to revise requirements relating to Federal in-
                    formation security, and for other purposes, having considered the
                    same, report favorably thereon with an amendment and recom-
                    mend that the bill as amended do pass.
                      The amendment (stated in terms of the page and line numbers
                    of the introduced bill) is as follows:
                      Page 26, line 17, strike subsections (a)(2) and (e)(5) and insert
                    subsection (a)(2).
