                       The amendment is   as follows:
                       Strike all after the enacting clause and insert the following:
                     SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS.
                     (a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the Prioritizing Resources and Orga-
                     nization for Intellectual Property Act of 2008.
                     (b) TABLE OF CONTENTS.-The table of contents is as follows:
