     PROVIDING FOR CONSIDERATION OF MOTIONS TO
                    SUSPEND THE RULES



  NOVEMBER 17, 1995.-Referred to the House Calendar and ordered to be printed


           Mr. MCINNIS, from the Committee on Rules,
                    submitted the following


                         REPORT

                     [To accompany H. Res. 275]
  The Committee on Rules, having had under consideration House
Resolution 275, by a non-record vote, report the same to the House
with the recommendation that the resolution be adopted.
          BRIEF SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF RESOLUTION
  The resolution provides that suspensions will be in order on Sat-
urday, November 18, 1995. It further provides that matters to be
considered under suspension will be announced from the House
Floor at least one hour prior to consideration. Finally the resolution
provides that the Speaker or his designee will consult with the Mi-
nority Leader or his designee on any suspension considered under
this resolution
