On the books of the Second and Third Auditors of the Treasury,'which have re-
nained due more than three years prior to the 39th September, 18201 a list o the
names of persons who have failed to render their accounts to the said Auditors
within the year; and a list of advances made prior to 3d March, 1809, by the War
Department, which remained to be accounted for on the books of the Third
Auditor 9f the Treasury on 30th September, 1820.
