The corrections which are listed here have been com- piled by investigation of discrepancies which have been a) reported by users of the publication, or (b) observed uring intensive review of several sections of the book y members of the Statistical Abstract staff. As a mat- er of convenience to users, this sheet also includes all iscrepancies which were listed previously on the origi- 1 Errata Sheet which was affixed to Historical Statis- tics of the United States, 1789-1945, when it was origi- nally published.
