In obedience to a resolution of the Senate, of the 12th February, 1819, an abstract
    of all Bonds for Duties on Merchandize imported into the United States, which
    shall have become  payable and remain unpaid  on the 30th day of Septem-
    ber next;  exhibiting in such abstract the date of each bond and the time
    when  it became payable, its amount, names of the obligors, distinguishing prin-
    cipals from sureties, and the District of the Customs in which taken, together
    with such information as will show how much or what parts of such bonds are ir-
    recoverable and lost to the United States.
