Mr. THURSTON,   from the Committee  on the Judiciary, submitted the
                             following

                          REPORT,
                        [To accompany 8. 3684.]

  The  Committee  on the  Judiciary, to whom  was  referred the bill
(S. 3684) for the relief of Joseph Tousaint, alias Touzin, have consid-
ered the same, and recommend  the passage thereof with the following
amendment:
  Strike out all after the word hereby, in line 6, and insert the
following:
authorized to prosecute Indian depredation claim numbered eight thousand six
hundred and ninety-nine, now pending in the United States Court of Claims, and to
receive judgment therein, the same as if he had been naturalized under the laws of
the United States at the date of the loss.
