TO-DAY-...... From the Committee on Rules, by Mr. Dalzell: Resolved, That the motion to go into Committee
            of the Whole House on the state of the Union to consider the bill (H. R. 5499) to promote the
            efficiency of the Revenue-Cutter Service shall be a continuing order, not, however, to interfere
            with conference reports, appropriation bills, or existing orders for Friday, or business reported
            for the District of Columbia. (Order made January 22, 1901.)


   First session began December 4, 1899; ended June 7, 1900. Second session began December 3, 1900; ended
                                 March 4, 1901.
