     TEMPLAR OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Mr.  GALLINGER,  fron1 the Committee  on the District of Columbia,
                      submitted the following

                          REPORT.
                        [To accompany S. 6584.]

  The  Committee  on the District, of Columbia, to whom was referred
the bill (S. 6584) to incorporate the trustees of the Grand Encampment
of Knights Templar of the United States of America, having considered
the same, report thereon with  a recommendation  that it pass when
amended  as follows:
  On  page 3 strike out the word said in second line of section 3,
  Also strike out the preamble.
  The  bill has the approval of the Commissioners of the District of
Columbia, as will appear by the following letter:
                  OFFICE COMMISSIONERS OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA,
                                         Washington, JanuarU 19, 1905.
  DEAR SIR: The Commissioners of the District of Columbia have the honor to
recommend favorable action upon Senate bill 6584,  To incorporate the trustees of
the Grand Encampment of Knights Templar of the United States of America, which
was referred to them at your instance for their examination and report.
