Mr  PLATT, of New York, from the Committee on Printing, submitted
                          the following

                          REPORT.
                      [To accompany S. Res. 9.]

  The Committee  on Printing, pursuant to the direction given in a
resolution of the Senate adopted on March 12, 1903, calling for a state-
ment of the cost, for each session of the last four Congresses, of print-
ing all such documents, other than executive or legislative documents,
as may have been  printed by order of the Senate or by unanimous
consent on the request of individual Senators, respectfully submits
herewith a letter from the Public Printer dated November 16, 1903,
accompanied by  statements setting forth in detail the information
sought to be obtained, hereto annexed and made a part of this report.
