[To accompany S. 5105.]
The Committee on the Judiciary have considered the bill (S. 5105)
fixing the terms of the circuit and district courts in and for the dis-
trict of South Dakota, and for other purposes, and recommend the
passage of the same. It simply changes the time for holding terms of
court, and is approved by the Senators and Representatives interested.
