REPORTS FROM THE THIRD AUDITOR,
1. Of the names of such officers as have not rendered their accounts within the year.
2. Of accounts in his office which have remained unsettled more than three years prior
to the 30th September last.
3. Of moneys advanced prior to 3d March, 1809, on the books of the late Accountant
of the War Department, and which remain to be accounted for.
