Resolution on the Chamber for Maritime Delimitation Disputes
The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea,
Acting pursuant to article 15, paragraph 1, of its Statute,
Noting that at a meeting on 13 March 2007 the Tribunal formed the Chamber for
Maritime Delimitation Disputes as a standing special chamber of the Tribunal,
Noting that it established the terms of reference of the Chamber in its resolution of
16 March 2007,
1.   Records that the Chamber is composed of eight members and that, if the
number of members able to sit in a given case falls below six, new members shall be
selected by the Tribunal in order to bring the number to six at least;
2.   Records that the quorum required for meetings is six members;
3.   Records that the Chamber will be available to deal with disputes on maritime
delimitation which the parties agree to submit to it concerning the interpretation or
application of any provision of:
(a)  the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea; and
(b)  any other agreement which confers jurisdiction on the Tribunal;
