                 DECREE.

  This cause came on to be heard at this term and
was argued by counsel; and thereupon upon con-
sideration the Court doth find that the defendants
The New  York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad
Company,  (hereinafter called the New Haven
Company)   The New  England Navigation Com-
pany,  (hereinafter called the Navigation Com-
pany)  the Boston Railroad Holding Company,
(hereinafter called the Holding Company) and
the Providence & Danielson Railway Company, are
parties to combinations in restraint of trade and
commerce among  the several states and with for-
eign nations and have attempted to monopolize and
now  are monopolizing a part of such trade and
