    Depositions of witnesses in behalf of the complainant, before
E. Blanche Badger, a notary public within and for the county of Arapahoe
and state of Colorado, acting by agreement of counsel as special examiner
under the sixty-seventh rule in equity, as amended, taken at the office
of Hodges, Wilson and Hodges, attorneys, suite No. 603-607 Ernest &
Cranmer building, corner Seventeenth and Curtis streets, in the city of
Denver, county of Arapahoe and state of Colorado, beginning on Wednes-
day, December 20, A. D. 1899, at the hour of 10 o'clock a. m. of said day,
formal notice, by agreement of counsel, being expressly waived.
