REPORT OF AUDITOR.
To the Honorable the Judges of the Orphans' Court
for the County of Philadelphia.
The auditor appointed to audit, settle and adjust the account
of the administratrix of the estate of Philip C. Donnelly,
deceased, as per annexed certificate marked (A),
RESPECTFULLY REPORT,
That he gave notice of his appointment, and of the time and
place of meeting, according to law, and the rules of the Court
as per annexed advertisements marked C and D.
That having been first duly sworn as per jurat annexed,
marked E, he entered upon the duties of his appointment, and
was attended from time to time by
B. Newcomb, -Esq.,
Benjamin Hf. Brewster, -Esq.,
Lewis C. Cassidy, Esq.,
Counsel for Catharine Donnelly,
the accountant and the adminis-
tratrix of decedent.
Josiah Randall, -Esq.,
Counsel of   Messrs. Robinett,
Pollard ' Co., judgment creditors.
Frederick C. Brewster, Esq.,
Counsel of Joseph P. Donnelly,
who claimed to be a creditor of
decedent.
Ignatius Donnelly, Esq.,
son of decedent, and by the Ac-
countant in person.
