STATEMENT OF THE CASE BY PLAINTIFF
IN ERROR.
Hunt sued Todd in Assumpsit. The Narr was on the com-
mon counts. To which defendant pleaded the general issue.
On the trial, Hunt proved, and gave in evidence the following

BANK OF PENN TOWNSHIP.
Pay to John Todd (on the 12th day of August) or order, Six
hundred and forty dollars and sixty-two cents.
