In Equity. The Old Township Line Road Company, a body corporate in the law, bring this their Bill of Complaint against the Connecting Railroad Company, a body corporate in the law, and thereupon your orators complain and say, I. That by virtue of an Act of Assembly approved the 31st day of March, 1860, and the due performance of all things thereby required, they became the corporation com- plainants, with all the rights and powers by the said Act and by all lawful supplements thereto granted and confirmed. II. That by virtue of an Act of Assembly approved the 14th day of April, 1863, there was created the corporation defendant. A copy of the said Act is hereto annexed as part hereof, marked Exhibit A.
