The BANKERS and BROKERS' TELEGRAPH COMPANY
VS.
PHILIP H. MILLER.
INTERROGATORIES.
To the end that said Philip H. Miller, defendant, may
upon his corporal oath or affirmation, to the best and utmost
of his knowledge, remembrance, information and belief, full,
true, direct and perfect answers make to such of the several
interrogatories hereinafter numbered and set forth, as by
the note hereunder written, he is required to answer.
I. Has not said defendant commenced a suit in this Court
to March Term, 1866, No. 530, against complainants, and
is not said case now at issue ?
II. Does not the defendant claim to recover from com-
plainants the amount of a bill for meals, lodgings and feed ?
III. Who were the persons for whom said meals and
lodgings were furnished, and to whom did the horses belong
for which said keep was furnished ?
IV. At whose request were the said meals, lodgings and
keep furnished, and when and where ? Was not pay exacted
therefor at the time ?
