The following facts were agreed upon by the parties, which give a full history of the case : On the 17th of July, 1861, judgment was entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County on Test. Fi. Fa. from the District Court of the city and county of Philadelphia, Thomas L. Woolston vs. Benjamin Rush Plumly, for the sum of $2160.00 with costs, and interest from May 28th, 1861.
