IN this Case the Writ of Error is brought before your Lordships to reverse a Judgment given Object of
Writ of
by the Court of Queen's Bench in Ireland, and affirmed, in the same Court, on Writs of Error Error.
Coram nobis there brought on behalf of the said Plaintiffs in Error.
TIlE proceedings were instituted by Indictment in the said Court, and were conducted Statement of
by Her Majesty's Attorney-General for Ireland, on behalf of Her Majesty, against the said Proceedings.

THE Bill of Indictment was, on Thursday the Second of November, 1843, sent by the Finding of
Attorney-General before the Term  Grand Jury of the dounty of the City of Dublin, then 'dictment.
impannelled in the said Court for Michaelmas Term, 1843, and was by the said Jury returned
a true Bill on Wednesday the Eighth of November.
