Mr. McKisicle. May it please the Court: In con-
cluding this argument, I shall not closely follow the
lines of the argument of the counsel for the appellee,
hut I think I shall notice all of the points that he
made, at least by reference to them, if I do not argue
them.
I will commence my argument upon the proposi-
tion which is to be found on page 19 of the appellee's
Brief.
