John A. Cahill, being duly sworn, says:             2
1. I am clerk of the sheriff of Albany county, and one of
his deputies.
2. On the 7th and 8th days of July, 1887, John Percy,
the plaintiff, left at the said sheriff's offices two executions,
copies whereof are attached marked A and B, and
said executions still remain in said sheriff's office.
