Respondent's Points.
This is an action brought by plaintiff, a married wo
man, fi r m rvices iendered by her to William  Snyder in
his lifetime ; William Snvder was plaintiff's father-in-law
and the services which consi,-ted in boarding, caring for
an( miuring him in his -ickmss, wi re rendered by the
plaintiff, assisted sometimes hy her minor children and
her hmsband in pursuance of a special contract made with
ti( deceased in his lifetime.  This contract was entered
into by the plaintiff with the 4let(-ndaiit's testator, with
the express knowledge and approval of the plaintiff's hus-
band, and lie aequiesced in and consented that she should
make the contract and receive all its benefits as her own
property, although the services were rendered in his house
