D., David Gilbert, M. D., Francis G. Smith, M. D., and J. M. Allen, MI. D., respon- dents, with the , Trustees of Pennsylvania College of Get- tysburg, in the County of Adams, and thereupon humbly complaining, showeth unto your Honors your orators, Th t heretofore, viz., on the seventh day of March, A. D. 132, and by an Act of Assembly of said date, there was incorporated a literary institution at Gettysburg, in the County of Adams, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, under the name and style of , The Trustees of Pennsylvania College of Gettysburg in the County of Adams. Your petitioners exhibit herewith a copy of the charter of said institution, marked with the letter (A,) and they pray that the same may be deemed and taken to be a part of this their bill of complaint.
