STATEMENT.
Action in the nature of a creditor's bill, founded on a
judgment in favor of the plaintiff against the defendant
John K. Archer.
Relief demanded is, that a, deed of land from the de-
fendant John K. Amcher to defendant Nathaniel Archer,
also the bond and mortgage given back for the purchase
money of said lands, and an assignment of said bond and
mortgage by John K. to Genett Archer, be set aside as
fraudulent and void, and that a receiver of the property
of said John K. be appointed by the Court.
Summons and complaint served May 9, 1861.
The defendants, except Lovina, answered severally, and
their answers were served June 17th, 1861.         3
The answers admit the sale of the lands, the giving and
assignment of the bond, and mortgage, but deny all fraud,
and claim that the whole transaction was fair and honest.
On the 23d of Sept., 1861, the issues joined were re-
ferred to Win, E. Sill, Esq., as sole referee.
Cause tried Nov. 15, 1862.
Refereq found for plaintiff, and his report filed, and
jgdgment entered in the Seneca County Clerk's Office, on
the 16th, day of May, 1863.
