APPELLANT'S POINTS.
STATEMENT.
This is an appeal by the defendant Alice Welch
from a judgment entered upon the Report of a Referee
in the office of the Clerk of Tompkins County, on the
29th day of April, 1899.
The action was brought in the County Court of
Tompkins County, by the service of a summons and
complaint in an action to foreclose a mortgage, on the
26th day of May, 1898. Fol. 160, printed case.
Both of the defendants answered, and the answer
and amended answer of appellant Alice Welch appear
in folios 167 to 184.
This action being at issue, it was referred to Win.
N. Noble, Esq., to hear, try and determine.
