POINTS FOR APPELLANT
STATEMENT
This is an appeal (fols. 50-53) from a judg-
ment of conviction rendered by the Tompkins
County Court of Sessions, overruling a demurrer
of the defendant to the indictment herein; ad-
judging him to be guilty of the crime charged
thereby; and sentencing him to pay fine of one
hundred dollars and to stand committed to the
Tompkins County jail until such fine be paid, not
exceeding one hundred days (fols. 46-49).
The indictment herein (fols. i-io), was pre-
sented by the Grand Jury in the Tompkins County
