the bonds known as Trimble Opera House bonds, secured by a mortgage
upon property known as the Trimble Opera House, city of Albany, exe-
cuted by Mary A. Trimble to Paul Cushman, Charles E. Leland and William
H. Taylor, as trustees, dated November 1, 1869, and recorded in the office
of the clerk of Albany county, in book of mortgages, No. 179, page 501,
etc., or owning, holding or having any interest in any of the coupons for
interest or principal, or for both principal and interest, heretofore or
now attached to any of said bonds.
