WHILL- DIN and the PENNSYLVANIA COMPANY FOR INSURANCE ON LIVES AND GRANTING ANNUITIES, Defendants. To the Honorable the Judges of the Supreme Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania: 1. Your orators complain and say: That the late Captain Wilmon Whilldin, who was a highly respectable citizen of the city of Philadelphia, was born on the 13th day of May, 1804, And on the 11th day of March, 1828, intermarried with Miss Rebecca G. Whitecar, by whom he had one daughter, Mary G. Whilldin, who in- termarried with William M. Farr; said William M. Farr and Mary G., his wife, are defendants in this suit. 2. That the said Rebecca G. Whilldin, having died in the year 1888, the said Wilmon Whilldin, on the 10th day of January, 1814,
