I, the undersign6d, to whom it was referred, by the judgment entered in this
cause on the 31st day of December, 1869, to ascertain and report to the Court,
what would be a proper Extra Allowance in the Action, and to which of the De-
fendants it should be paid, hereby make the following Report.

At the request of the Albany & Susque-
hanna Railroad Company, I appointed the
third day of May, instant, at the office of
said Company, in the city of Albany, for
proceeding with the reference, and attended
on that day at the place appointed for that
purpose.
