The People of the State.of New York to
the Court of Oyer and Terminer,
[L. s.]    held in and for the County of War- 3
ren, greeting:
Because in the record of proceedings, and also in
the giving of 'judgment, in a certain cause which
was in our said court before you, between the people
of the State of New York and George H Willett,
otherwise known as George H. Ouellet, for an al-
leged murder, as it is said, manifest error hath inter-
vened to the great damage of the said George H.
Willett, otherwise known as George H. Ouellet, as
he complains; and we being willing that the error, 4
if any, should be corrected, and full and speedy
justice be done to the party aforesaid in this behalf,
do command you that if judgment be thereupon
