Banks and bankers; broker, broker class 2, custom house broker, pawnbroker; public exhibition; proprietors of circuses, cone6rt balls, museums, shows and theatres; dealers in leaf tobacco, manufacturers of tobacco and cigars, manufacturers, packers or repackers of mixed flour. Stamp Taxes. SCHEDULE A. Bill of exchange (inland), bills of lading, bonds for indemnifying, bonds, debentures, certificates of indebtedness, certificates of stocks, certificates of profit, conveyance, deeds, drafts and orders for payment of money (otherwise than at sight or on demand), on entry for goods for withdrawal or consumption or warehousing, foreign bill of exchange, letter of credit, manifest, receipt for freight; memorandum, etc., of sale of goods; memorandum, etc., of sales by brokers, class 2 (bucket shop); money orders by telegraph, express or other companies; packages of newspapers, passage tickets. SCHEDULE B. Sparkling or other wines. Tax on Cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, and snuff; excise taxes on refiners of petroleum and sugar; fermented liquors; legacies and distribu- tive shares; on seats in parlor or palace cars and berths in sleeping cars, and mixed flour.
