Under this Act three youth work programs have been instituted: the Job Corps, a combined program of occupational training and conservation; an urban Work Training Program; and a Work Study Program to assist needy college students. This bibliography is designed to present sources providing background infor- mation and different views on these proposals to provide employment opportunities for the long-term unemployed. I.
