I Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE; AMENDMENT OF 1986 CODE; TABLE OF CONTENTS. 5 (a) SHORT TITLE.-This Act may be cited as the 6 Comprehensive Retirement Security and Pension Reform 7 Act.
