perspective on U.S. medical care problems, discussions of hospital and

Bernard, Sydney, and Feingold, Eugene. The Impact of Medicaid, Wisconsin

Finds that Medicaid has resulted in improvements, but at great cost.
It is seen to suffer mainly from its attachment to a faulty public
assistance program.
