The Ohio Decisions are a complement to the Supreme Court Reports, holding the same position as
to the lower tribunals, as the Ohio State Reports do to the courts of last resort, as the Decisions
embrace all reported cases from courts below the Supreme. In 1885, when the Circaut
Court came into being, two series of Decisions were commenced, one for Circuit
Court cases and one for those of the Superior and Common Pleas.
This book is Vol. 2 of the Circuit Court Series.
