OF
CASES ARGUED AND DETERMINED
IN THE

OHIO CIRCUIT COURTS.
PUBLISHED FOR THE
SERIES OF OHIO DECISIONS.
VOL. 1, OHIO CIRCUIT DECISIONS.
The Ohio Decisions are a complement to the Supreme Court Reports, holding the same position as
to the lower tribunals, as the Ohio State Reports do to the courts of last resort, as the Decisions
embrace all reported cases from courts below the Supreme. Pr evious to this, nine vol-
umes have been issued, eight being a Reprint of decisions found in law magazines,
without regard to classification of courts. In 1885, when the Circuit Court came
into being, two series of Decisions were commenced, one for Circuit Court
cases and one for those of the Superior and Common Pleas. Vol. 9
of the entire series is a Reprint embracing cases of the Superior
and Common Pleas Courts. This book is Vol. 10 of the
entire series, and also Vol. I of the separate
series devoted to Circuit Courts.

This volume is to be cited 1 0. C. D.
or to the volume of entire series of Ohio Decisions
