      1965  Permanent Cumulative Supplement


  This 1965 Permanent Cumulative Supplement contains all the laws of a
general and permanent nature enacted by the Forty-fourth General As-
sembly at its Second Regular Session and its First and Second Extraordi-
nary Sessions in 1964, and by the Forty-fifth General Assembly at its
First Regular Session and its First Extraordinary Session in 1965, except
the Uniform Commercial Code, Chapter 155, Colorado Revised Statutes
1963, which is excluded from this 1965 Permanent Cumulative Supple-
ment in accordance with the provisions of section 135-4-73, C.R.S. 1963.
  This 1965 Permanent Cumulative Supplement also contains all the
Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure and Colorado Rules of Criminal Proce-
dure which have been amended or adopted by the Supreme Court of the
State of Colorado subsequent to March 31, 1964; all the amendments to the
Constitution of the United States ratified by the states in 1964; and all the
amendments to the Constitution of the State of Colorado approved by vote
of the people in 1964.
