paid and redeemed: Be it therefore enatled by the Genet al A4/mnblj, that the Treafurer for the time hein
fhall, and he is hereby direaed and required to pay annually, as the fame flhall become due, to the,
holder thereof, an intereft of fix per eentum upon the amount of every certificate Co as arorefaid ilffed to
the faid officers and fohliers, the amount of which intereft hall be arcertaned by the Anditors of public
accounts, and commence the firfi day of 7atiuary, one thoufand feven hundred and eighty two, endorf.
