turnation foever. whether brought before them 1by original or chelie
procefs, or by certiorari, writ ot error, appeal from any inero:r court,
or by any other ways or means ibatfoever ; and they Are lherebY de-
clared to continue to have as her*:tofore, full power and authority to
give judentnt and to award execution and all other necdlar- procef
thereupon ; and to have, tufe, ciercife, and enjoy the lame powers and
authorities, rights, privileges, and pre eninencA as were hao, ufed, ex-
